Weekend Guide: NOVEMBER 2- 4

November. Yep, that’s right. It’s already November. That just means three more weeks until Thanksgiving and eight weeks until Christmas!

FRIDAY 11/2 

100,000 Thank Yous Kick-Off

If you don’t already know, 100,000 Thank Yous is a collection of letters to send to our troops overseas. The goal is to get 100,000 letters in the month of November. Ty, Kelly, and Chuck kick-off the event by hosting a kick-off party during their morning show broadcast! It is early, but it’s for a great cause. Come by and meet the team, John Rich, and make some cards and letters for our troops!

When: 5am – 10am

Where: Redneck Riviera Nashville

Tickets: FREE!

MTSU Salute to Veterans & Armed Forces

This is a great event for veterans, current armed forces, and their families! Enjoy a memorial service, a pregame picnic for veterans, and then cheer on the MTSU football team as they take on Western Kentucky, a huge conference rival! There will also be a toy drive benefiting Toys for Tots with several drop stations around the event and at the gate, so bring a new toy with you!

When: Memorial Service 3:30pm picnic follows, Game 7pm

Where: Floyd Stadium and Kenonn Sports Hall of fame

Tickets:  Game tickets $20 and up

 

SATURDAY 11/3

Bacon Eggs and Kegs

An event made for brunch lovers! Local brews, bloody-marys, mimosas, Irish coffee, boozy root-beer floats, and the best restaurants, chefs, and took trucks in Nashville! There will also be fun games and live music!

When: 11am – 3pm

Where: First Tennessee Park

Circus Brew Zerkus

 

Part brew festival, part circus! Nonstop circus entertainment and unlimited craft beer samples! This is a 21 and up event.

Where: Morgan Park, Germantown

SUNDAY 11/4

Music at the Market 

Natchez Hills Winery now hosts a music series every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on their outdoor patio stage. Enjoy a glass of wine, local Nashville talent, and local eats!
