Believe it or not...after being adopted in 2016 as a kitten, this sweet young lady is looking for her fur-ever home. Ripley is a 5 year old, black & white shorthair who weighs just over 10 pounds. Ripley is litter box trained, spayed, micro-chipped, current on vaccines, neg. for FIV/FELV, and on flea prevention. You can adopt this beauty into your family for $50, believe it!

Feeling like your life is just a bit bland? New Leash on Life has a group of felines that are ready to spice things up. They came from a place with multiple cats that had little socialization with humans. Born in October 2020, beautiful orange tabby siblings Saffron and Paprika are two of those kitties. Paprika is slightly smaller of the two and she is shyer than her brother. She is looking for a home that is willing to give her time to adjust to her new environment and she would probably do best in a quiet home without small children. This little beauty is litter box trained, spayed, micro-chipped, and current on vaccines, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and is on flea/tick prevention. If you are ready to add some flavor to your life, you can adopt this gorgeous gal for $75. It will take kindness and patience to bring Paprika out of her shell, but we promise that gaining her love and trust will be worth it.

Who can resist the allure of a black cat? We sure couldn’t when we learned about the homeless cats that were left behind when their human moved. Miss Vickie, a gorgeous 12-year-old black velvet cat with lemon-lime eyes, is one of those eight cats that came to New Leash on Life, looking for a new start. This sweet girl is litter box trained, spayed, micro-chipped, current on vaccines, and has received a routine dental with some tooth extractions. As you can only imagine, she has been through a lot of changes recently so she is looking for a quiet home where she will be given time to adjust while she learns to trust again. Once this dark beauty warms up to you, she will melt your heart! Miss Vickie’s adoption fee is only $50.

A group of eight cats came to New Leash on Life when their human moved and left them behind. Takis is one of those cats and life seems to have handed him one blow after another. He was born with a congenital malformation of his back feet; however, it doesn’t stop him from getting around and enjoying himself. He also had to have some extensive dental work done when he came to us but thanks to your donations to our Angel Fund, he got the treatment he needed. Probably the biggest blow for Takis is that he knows kittens are the first thing adopters want to see so at 14 years, he may have to wait a while. How about we prove him wrong? Let’s show him that there are wonderful people out there who would love to have a mature cat who wants nothing more than a cozy lap or a bed or a window sill. He wants to be spoiled with treats and he will reward his new human with affection. He is litter box trained, neutered, and current on vaccines. Takis needs a hero! Is that you? You can adopt him for $50.
