Miranda Lambert Invites Young Fan To Sing On Stage

Miranda Lambert was captivated by a young fan in the front row at her show on Saturday night (October 26) in Wichita, Kansas.

After seeing the young girl rocking an adorable headband that said, “you can’t ride in my little red wagon,” Lambert asked for the girl to be brought on stage so she could meet her.

“This little girl has stolen my heart all night long and I just want to meet her up close and personal,” Lambert said to the audience as Remi makes her way to the stage. “You came all the way from Kansas City to hear some music tonight?,” Lambert asked Remi before inviting her to stay on stage for the next song, “All Kinds of Kinds.”

Remi immediately breaks into tears, which then caused Lambert to become emotional herself. The two were able to pull themselves together enough to perform a little duet together. “Speaking of magic, this girl Remi stole my heart. Sometimes there is a face in the crowd that captivates you. Thanks for the tears, smiles & for being who you are. You inspired us all. I’ll never forget you,” Lambert wrote on social media along with the video.Weekend 6. IL, MO, KS. Thanks for the magic. Following the show, Remi’s mother, Chelsea, posted a thank you to Lambert on social media as well. She expressed how thankful she was that her daughter had that moment explaining that she was born with nerve damage on the left side of her face which gives her a “crooked smile.”
“Than you for boosting Remi’s confidence tonight,” Chelsea wrote to Twitter. “She was born with nerve damage on the side of her face which makes her have a crooked smile. Thank you for showing her it’s beautiful to be different.
